Cosy Goes
Goes, or known locally as Hoes Hanzestad (Hanseatic town), is centrally located on Zuid-Beveland. It is a versatile town with numerous shops, terraces and historic monuments. It came through World War II and the North Sea flood and developed into a regional hotspot.

Just its decoration, makes the Ambachtscentrum (Handicraft centre) worth a visit already. Characteristic dwelling with typical old Dutch facades were built around a romantically illuminated market square. This is where craftspeople are plying their trades and explain about it. Gastronomy
Slot Oostende is a recent addition to the town's hotel and restaurant services. Within a short period of time, this has grown into a local favourite, due to its unique location and decoration. This historical location no serves as a town brewery and restaurant. But you can also join an informative tour or participate in a beer brewing workshop or tasting.

Adventure
Zeeland lives from, with and on the water. Experience this during an adventurous day out on the clipper ‘Avontuur’, being a sailing piece of national heritage, with its 104 years old. The original clipper will take you across the renowned Oosterschelde. If you are lucky, you will come across seals and porpoises underway!

Shopping
The old streets and narrow alleys of this town in Zeeland are filled with an array of small shops and large chains. Should you want to visit Goes on a Tuesday or Saturday, you will find a large market on Grote Markt (which appropriately means: Large Market). Countless stalls sell all kinds of trinkets.
